Many of us spend years in an un-teachable, un-coachable state.  We think
our job is to have it all together, know all the answers, orchestrate all the
parts – to be RIGHT so others will follow.  Frightened of looking bad or making a
mistake, we rarely ask for help.  It can feel scary and isolating to do life alone.  It
can become too small a truth to sustain us.

But life seeks us out no matter where we go or what we do, and with unfailing
patience, teaches us what we need to learn.  Whether life sends you an
unexpected transition, or you find yourself urged to step into more of your own
vision – inviting a coach to walk beside you is a powerful and life affirming action.

When you give power to your coaching relationship – not power to your
coach – progress is generally swift and amazing.  Some things you can expect:

	Willingness to reveal my story -– what has worked and what hasn’t worked.
	Suggestions about ways to move closer to your goals.
	A mirror for your thoughts and brainstorms so you can see what make sense and what you want to ignore.
	An advocate for you when your perfectionist self becomes highly critical.
	An unconditional supporter -- catching you doing things right.
	Help to identify what will soothe you when things go a bit off.
